That's cause YT are big enough to deal with record labels, they have a content ID system that automatically matches everything and allows that which the labels allow, channeling advertising money on content ID matches to them, and blocking anything they actually do not allow, there's some music like that out there too.
Unfortunately NG just does not have the same resources for work-arounds like this. Glad you differentiate; follow them rules! Trouble for the site otherwise.
